I have always enjoyed spending time in nature and have been lucky to grow up with lots of time outdoors. For a few years now, I have been working on restoration in degraded land areas, documenting flora, understanding past human - landscape interactions, raising native plant nurseries and doing planting. This has been in Eastern Ghats hill ranges of Krishnagiri and more recently, after joining NCF, in abandoned coffee estates in the Nilgiris.
