Research Assistant, Endangered Birds

My native place is Kullisholai - a small village near Ooty in The Nilgiris. This village is surrounded by forests and agricultural lands. In my childhood days I went to the forest along with my mother to collect fuel wood. I was always fascinated by the forest and I grew up watching animals and birds quite close to my house. This got me interested in wildlife. I completed my masters (in Wildlife biology) from Govt. Arts and Science College, Ooty. I enjoy being in outdoors watching birds and other wildlife. I hope to enter the Indian Forest Service in the future.
