K. Srinivasan

Senior Project Manager, Western Ghats

MSc

I obtained my BSc in Biochemistry in 2006 and a Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2008. After working at the Centre for Ecological Sciences in the Indian Institute of Science for many years, I joined the Western Ghats Programme to work on ecological restoration of degraded rainforests in the Anamalai Hills, Western Ghats. Here, I coordinate activities related to restoration, long-term monitoring of forest dynamics plots, and tropical tree phenology monitoring. Besides my interests in plant ecology, I love music and dance.
