The natural world is all around us — even in the middle of busy office campuses — but we often move through our workdays without noticing it. Nature@Work is our initiative to bring meaningful nature experiences to corporate workplaces, helping employees slow down, observe, and reconnect with the biodiversity around them.

Through Nature@Work, we design engaging, hands-on programmes that introduce employees and their families to the birds, insects, trees, and other life that share their workspace. Our approach is flexible and collaborative: we work closely with companies to understand their goals, campus settings, and employee interests before designing events that fit their context.

One of our most popular formats is the BioBlitz — a fun, participatory event where employees document the species they see on their campuses using iNaturalist, and these can be customised in many ways, from employee-only and family-friendly formats to hybrid or multi-day events, or even versions that include thematic walks, biodiversity games, and short learning sessions.
