SeasonWatch

Join us in studying the seasonality of trees!

The changing seasons have long captured the human imagination and have served as a record of passing time before calendars. Trees tell the tale of changing seasons through their leaves, flowers and fruits. In the wake of climate change, these indicators may now be exceptionally important! In SeasonWatch, we work with children and adults across the country to study how trees change through the year; and whether seasonality itself is changing!

Explore data on some of the most common and widespread trees, take part in our exciting events, or register (as a school, college or individual) with the project to become a data contributor along with thousands of other citizen scientists from across India! We also have a number of resources for educators interested in introducing nature to children through activities.
